What We Know
The established knowledge that forms our foundation.
Knowledge 1: Intelligence Is Becoming Abundant
AI can generate answers, analysis, and recommendations at scale. The marginal cost of producing plausible intelligence is approaching zero. This is an observable trend.
Knowledge 2: Judgment Is Not Becoming Abundant
Determining which intelligence is relevant, trustworthy, and actionable remains difficult. Judgment is not being automated at the same rate as intelligence.
Knowledge 3: Context Is Essential
Information is not context. Context is what gives information meaning. Without context, intelligence is noise.
Knowledge 4: Accountability Is Irreducible
Machines cannot bear legal, moral, or financial liability. Someone must ultimately be accountable for decisions. This is a structural feature of institutional systems.
Knowledge 5: Judgment Can Be Supported
Judgment is not a fixed trait. It can be supported, structured, and improved. Our pilot programmes and field experiments demonstrate this.
