We build in two areas:
- ContextOS — a system for understanding, documenting, and transferring context. Context is the container for intelligence.
- Acacia Trust — a foundation for trust infrastructure. It provides research, standards, training, and ecosystem coordination.
These two areas are complementary. ContextOS provides the tools. Acacia Trust provides the institutions. Together, they form the infrastructure for trust in the Judgment Economy.

Trust infrastructure requires both tools and institutions. Tools without institutions are fragile. Institutions without tools are slow. We are building both — together.

We are not building a product. We are building an ecosystem — a system of tools, institutions, and practices that work together to make trust scalable. This is the work of decades, not months.
