Acacia Wiki What We Build

What We Build

The infrastructure we are building for the Judgment Economy — ContextOS, Acacia Trust, and the systems that make trust scalable.

Our Work

We are building the infrastructure that will enable the Judgment Economy to function — systems for context, trust, and accountability.

01

ContextOS

A system for understanding, documenting, and transferring context — the container for intelligence.

ContextOS helps organisations move from answers to decisions by making context visible, accountable, and transferable.

What We Are Building

The Acacia Initiative is building the infrastructure for the Judgment Economy — the systems, standards, and institutions that make trust scalable in a world of abundant intelligence.

We build in two areas:

  • ContextOS — a system for understanding, documenting, and transferring context. Context is the container for intelligence.
  • Acacia Trust — a foundation for trust infrastructure. It provides research, standards, training, and ecosystem coordination.

These two areas are complementary. ContextOS provides the tools. Acacia Trust provides the institutions. Together, they form the infrastructure for trust in the Judgment Economy.

The Acacia perspective:

Trust infrastructure requires both tools and institutions. Tools without institutions are fragile. Institutions without tools are slow. We are building both — together.

How It Fits Together

ContextOS and Acacia Trust are two sides of the same coin.

ContextOS provides the tools

ContextOS is the system that organisations use to understand, document, and transfer context. It is the technology layer of trust infrastructure.

Acacia Trust provides the institutions

Acacia Trust is the foundation that provides research, standards, training, and ecosystem coordination. It is the institutional layer of trust infrastructure.

Together, they make trust scalable

Tools without institutions are fragile. Institutions without tools are slow. Together, they enable trust to scale — across organisations, sectors, and geographies.

The Acacia perspective:

We are not building a product. We are building an ecosystem — a system of tools, institutions, and practices that work together to make trust scalable. This is the work of decades, not months.
