The Core Argument
The Acacia Initiative is named after the acacia tree because it embodies the qualities of trust infrastructure — resilience, interdependence, generosity, slow growth, and deep roots.
We have now completed the three models:
- Shipping Container — physical infrastructure.
- Pilot Flight Protocol — procedural infrastructure.
- Acacia Tree Ecosystem — ecological infrastructure.
The acacia tree is more than a symbol. It is a guide. It shows us what trust infrastructure must be and how it must grow.
This is what the Acacia Initiative is building.

We are developing standards and protocols for judgment, trust, and context. These are the trunk and branches of trust infrastructure.
