The Core Argument
Intellectual honesty requires transparency about mistakes. This page documents corrections to errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in our published work.
Everyone makes mistakes. The important thing is to correct them openly and transparently.
We are committed to intellectual honesty.
This page documents corrections to our published work. It includes errors in the Concept Notes, the research programme, and any other published materials.
Corrections
A record of corrections to our published work.
Correction: Information vs. Intelligence
Date: July 2026
Location: The Judgment Economy, Section 1.03
Correction: The original text used "information" and "intelligence" interchangeably. This was incorrect. Information is raw data; intelligence is processed, actionable information. The text has been updated to reflect this distinction.
Impact: The distinction between information and intelligence is now clearer throughout the Concept Notes.
Correction: Economic Eras Dates
Date: August 2026
Location: Economic Eras, Section 02.01-02.04
Correction: The dates for the Agricultural Era were originally listed as "~10,000 BCE – 1760s". This has been corrected to "~10,000 BCE – Late 18th Century" to better reflect the historical reality.
Impact: The Economic Eras framework is now more historically accurate.
Correction: ContextOS Description
Date: August 2026
Location: ContextOS, Section 06.01
Correction: The original description of ContextOS emphasised its technical features. This was corrected to emphasise its purpose: supporting diagnosis, context, and judgment.
Impact: The ContextOS description is now more focused on its purpose and value.
